Montefiore Medical Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a staff role with day shifts on weekends, scheduled from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.

The position requires licensure and registration as a PA in New York State, a Master's degree, graduation from an approved PA program, passing the National Certification and Recertification exams, and earning 100 CME credits every two years, with XRAY/CT/MRI protocol knowledge.

Formación

• Licensed and registered PA in New York State.
• Master's Degree.
• Graduate of an approved PA program. Must pass National Certification Exam and must pass National Recertification Exam every six years.
• Must obtain 100 CME credits every two years.
• Knowledge of XRAY/CATSCAN/MRI protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Expedite patient care and throughput in Radiology (MRI/CT) and CT/DR areas.
• Perform contrast injections and document lab results and consent forms.
• Assist in Emergency interventional procedures as needed.
• Respond to patient emergencies and transfer acutely ill patients.
• Retrieve/store film and make readings available for review.
• Attend Radiology conferences and teaching rounds; maintain professional standards.
