Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• NYS Registered Radiologic Technologist with Injection is required.
• ARRT certification in MRI is required.
• Knowledge of Epic tracking equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and room, enter data into Epic, position patient for scan.
• Obtain cross-sectional images by setting MRI protocols and sequences.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and monitor progress in the control room.
• Image labeling, processing, and displaying final images for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain records of image slices and injections; ensure radiation safety.
