Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures at the North Pavilion location under the supervision of radiologists and the Imaging Manager. You will contribute to trauma, emergency services, and multiple service lines with accurate imaging and patient safety in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be ARRT-registered or eligible within 1 year, and BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Radiography program accredited by ARRT-required mechanism.
• One year of general radiography experience preferred.
• Registered RT (ARRT) or eligible to register within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and Imaging Manager.
• Support trauma, emergency services, and multiple service lines with accurate imaging and timely communication of critical information.
