Job summary

Aurora Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Weekend Program Radiologic Technologist to join a fast-paced, compassionate team. This role requires proficiency in general diagnostic and special radiology procedures, patient communication, and strict adherence to radiation safety practices.

The position offers a Friday–Sunday overnight schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), a $6,000 sign-on bonus, weekend differential, and full benefits from day one. Growth opportunities and tuition assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin Radiographer license is required.
• ARRT-Radiologic Technologist (RT) registration required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of radiologic procedures across diagnostic, fluoroscopy, GI, urology, and c-arm as assigned.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain history; ensure understanding and address questions.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, and ensure radiation safety and image quality.
• Document procedures and billing codes; maintain accurate records in the RIS.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff; serve as a resource and preceptor when needed.
