Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Microelectronics training or experience preferred.
• Experience with optical microscopy inspection.
• Familiarity with Go/No-Go gauges and related inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of RF modules (precap, final, MMIC, wire bond) and record results.
• Review documentation and enter data into systems with accuracy.
• Verify mechanical dimensions against drawings and source control drawings.
• Read and interpret prints/SCDs to ensure conformance.
