Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to support RF microelectronics-manufacturing, performing complex inspections and data entry. The role requires reading prints, performing MIL-STD/IPC inspections, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Candidate must have US citizenship, a high school diploma, microelectronics training/experience, and experience with optical microscopy inspection. Shift is 7AM-7PM on Fri-Sun with 12-hour days.

Inspectors work to support RF microelectronics-manufacturing team by performing inspection of highly complex modules. Must have the ability to work on a wide range of commodities including semiconductors, COTs parts, machined housings, printed circuits boards, PCBAs, and discretes. The candidate receives training from their colleagues and engineering staff and must demonstrate attainment of necessary skills to become a Quality Inspector. The work shift is Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7AM-7PM, 12-hour days.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $23 to $32. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
