Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking Weekend Shift Quality Inspectors I and II to perform in-process, first-piece, lot, and incoming inspections for Sheet Metal and Machining divisions. The role involves maintaining quality records and using Kebrite/Shopfloor systems, with pay levels I and II based on experience.

Hours: Fri 1PM–1:50AM, Sat 9AM–9:40PM, Sun 9AM–6:30PM; compensation Level I $22–$33, Level II $34–$38 per hour. JSG offers comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize inspections based on workload and job priorities.
• Perform receiving and incoming inspections of supplier products, including plating and custom-made parts.
• Perform in-process and first-piece inspections against blueprints and work orders.
• Record inspection results in Kebrite/Shopfloor linked to Visual Manufacturing.
• Train and guide trainee inspectors; support ISO certifications per Quality Manager.
