Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in El Paso is seeking a Quality Inspector for the weekend shift. The role focuses on verifying wiring, components, and conducting electrical tests on switchboard products to meet quality and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing, production, or military experience OR a degree in a technical discipline.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50-mile radius of El Paso facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and Hi-Pot switchboard products per instructions to meet customer specs and safety requirements.
• Perform electrical testing using Hi-Pot, continuity, and component testing devices.
• Verify mating structures and revisions are reflected in documentation and product.
• Document non-conformances and communicate rework needs for problem solving.
• Assist production associates and train on complex tasks and product requirements.
• Troubleshoot and develop new test setups and procedures as needed.
