Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 6 months manufacturing or military experience or a technical degree.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of El Paso facility considered.

Responsibilities

• Inspect switchboard products per work instructions and gov’t requirements.
• Perform electrical tests using Hi-Pot, continuity testing devices.
• Verify proper wiring, components, and torque connections.
• Document inspections and non-conformances with appropriate reports.
• Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement.
