Job summary

Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson in Bozeman, MT. The role involves cleaning public areas, assisting room attendants, and responding to guest calls to provide high-touch housekeeping during a guest’s stay.

Shift is Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 4:00. The position requires the ability to move objects up to 50 lbs, read labels, maintain privacy, and deliver excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• English proficiency preferred for basic communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, lobby, dining area, restrooms, hallways, back-office spaces and other areas as needed.
• Identifies minor maintenance issues and notifies the supervisor as appropriate.
• Fulfill guest requests, including toiletries and linen deliveries from front desk staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors; manage trash and supplies.
• Respond to special requests and guest complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Deliver lost and found items per established procedures.
• Assist with quarterly deep-cleaning projects.
• Assist with exterior trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpsters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/MOD.
