Job summary

Element Bozeman is seeking a dedicated House Attendant for a 4am–noon shift, including weekends, to maintain public area cleanliness and assist with lobby events. Responsibilities include cleaning, coffee service setup, and delivering items to guest rooms upon request. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The role requires physical stamina for long shifts, ability to stand for extended periods, and a proactive, guest-focused approach to service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from management and execute requests with urgency and care.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to hotel standards.
• Keep floors, carpets, and furniture clean per hotel standards.
• Assist with luggage and shuttle duties as needed.
• Complete daily assignment checklist and report to supervisor.
