Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson in Bozeman, MT. You will clean public areas, assist room attendants, and respond to guest calls to ensure a high-touch housekeeping experience during each stay.

This role requires a detail-oriented, discreet individual who can maintain clean hotel floors and respond to guest requests. Shift is Saturday and Sunday 9-4pm, with opportunities to participate in quarterly deep-cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas including lobby, dining area, restrooms, hallways, back-office spaces.
• Identifies minor maintenance issues and notifies the supervisor.
• Fulfills guest requests including toiletries and linen deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage closets, and corridors; remove trash and tidy areas.
• Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and delivery of housekeeping/rooms supplies to satisfy guests.
• Deliver lost and found items to the supervisor according to procedures.
• Assist with quarterly deep-cleaning projects as needed.
• Work with supervisor/MOD and follow safety requirements.

JobSummary:

The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, assisting room attendants, responding to guest calls. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality high touch housekeeping service for each guest's stay. SHIFT IS Saturday and Sunday 9-4pm

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, including lobby, dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back-office spaces and any other spaces as needed
• Identifies minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel, notifying the supervisor when appropriate
• Fulfills guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries and linen deliveries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors, including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors; and removing non-floor closet items and storing in appropriate areas
• Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and the delivery of housekeeping/roomsuppliestoachievecompleteguestsatisfaction
• Deliverlostandfounditems to the supervisor and/or accordingtoestablished hotelprocedures
• Mayregularlyassistwith quarterly "deepcleaning" projects
• Maintains outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel and take all trash to the main dumpster
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/MOD
