Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Madison invites experienced candidates to join our team protecting a premier downtown luxury high-rise. The role blends hospitality excellence with vigilant security operations, serving residents and guests as the first point of contact.

The ideal candidate is mature, well- versed in Madison's nightlife and dining scene, committed to integrity and service, and able to obtain a Wisconsin Security Officer License. Weekend 3rd shift; $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Present a mature, professional appearance.
• Extensive knowledge of downtown Madison’s entertainment, dining, transportation, parking, parks and recreation activities.
• Extensive and consistent employment in hospitality and or security.
• Professional
• Must be eligible to obtain a State of Wisconsin Security Officer License
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen at time of hire and throughout employment
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
• Must be able to walk, sit and or stand for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of the building including lobby, perimeter, underground parking, roof/penthouse entertainment areas, via camera, remote monitoring and patrol
• Monitor access control, fire and building environmental systems.
• Respond and address alarms or disturbances
• Provide detailed accurate documentation of activity in and around the building
• Demonstrate high ethical standards, discretion and professionalism at all times

About The Role

The ideal candidates will be mature professionals with a wealth of knowledge of Madison’s exciting downtown lifestyle along with expertise in both hospitality and security operations. Concierge and Security staff provide personalized assistance and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at Madison’s newest luxury high rise.

FREE onsite underground parking for all staff.

Primary Responsibilities
