Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking motivated individuals for part-time security officer roles in Wisconsin. The position supports evening and overnight hours, working 16 hours per week with a focus on visiting control, access management, and incident response.

Responsibilities include badge issuance, reporting in the security system, alarm response, and maintaining PPE standards. Candidates must be 18+, pass background/drug screens, and possess a WI security license and HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the above schedule on a consistent basis.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must obtain a valid WI Security License through the state of Wisconsin Department of Professional and Safety Services
• Must have HS Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and have computer experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and check in/out visitors, truckers with deliveries, issuing access badges.
• Log visitor and trucking data and other basic reports in the security computer system.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as directed in post orders.
• Look for and report potential safety hazards.
• Wear and maintain appropriate PPE and follow PPE policies and procedures.
• Follow client site‑specific duties outlined in post-orders.
• Work additional hours when necessary – fill open shifts, as needed.
• Maintain a professional conduct and comply with company policies.

• Saturday & Sunday 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

In this role, you will:

• Be directing and checking in/out visitors, truckers with deliveries, issuing access badges, and other duties as necessary.

• Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function.
• Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations.
