Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities and assign work to staff.
• Serve as EPIC Super User; monitor staff performance.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support nurses on shift.
• Engage in quality improvement and reporting to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain patient safety.
• Make staffing decisions with workload and budget considerations.
