Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the shift and direct, organize, and assign work to staff.

• Serve as an expert EPIC Super User and guide staff in its use.
• Assess, monitor and support employees throughout the shift.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Make staffing decisions considering workload targets and budget impact.
