Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules under supervisor direction.
• Meet daily production goals in quantity and quality.
• Implement production methods to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Maintain equipment and observe TPM or equivalent methods.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor during shift turnover.
