Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier in Spokane, WA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in aseptic or other processing areas, ensuring safe, compliant production of sterile pharmaceutical products and mentoring a team of 10–20 technicians.

You will oversee batch records, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards. SAP proficiency and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent accepted.
• 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• SAP knowledge required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations in aseptic or other processing areas.
• Coach and mentor production technicians; build a high-performing, compliant team.
• Review and approve batch records and production documents.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EU, and other regulatory standards; support audits and investigations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; drive continuous improvement and right-first-time performance.
