Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years combined education and supervisory aerospace experience.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production group to meet goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to optimize throughput.
• Implement LEAN/5S and LEAP projects.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safety training.
• Manage performance, coaching, and staffing.
