Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor to oversee and enhance our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills and a deep understanding of complex manufacturing workflows. This role will report to the Production Manager at our New Kensington location

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise facility operations to achieve optimal output
• Organize and develop training manuals for production staff
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
• Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prioritize and monitor tasks to ensure production goals are met
• Evaluate production stations and workflow to identify improvements
• Act as liaison between staff and senior management
• Ensure timely availability and flow of raw materials and resources

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong IT skills, particularly with data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic
• Experience in designing and following production processes
• Capable of writing clear and accurate reports
• Training or certification in industrial production, engineering, or related fields

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
