Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our weekend team in Wisconsin.

You will read and interpret job orders, customer specifications, and work instructions to set up and operate a variety of production machinery while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will cross-train across multiple zones, identify issues, notify maintenance or engineering as needed, and participate in safety programs and shift handoffs to support continuous production

Qualifications

Read and interpret job travelers, work orders, routing sheets, and customer specifications.
Verify material, lot numbers, and quantities prior to starting production runs.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Confirm set-up and first-piece approval before running full production quantities.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with job orders, work instructions, and customer specifications.
Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance and output quality.
Notify maintenance or engineering when equipment malfunctions or requires repair.
