Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for the weekend shift in Chippewa Falls. You will read orders, set up and operate machinery, and ensure quality per specs while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities include interpreting job travelers, verifying materials, performing changeovers, documenting runs, and escalating issues to technicians or engineering as needed. Cross-training across zones supports continuous, safe production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work with little supervision and follow procedures.
• Strong communication and analytical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery per orders and specs.
• Read job travelers and verify materials and quantities before runs.
• Inspect products using basic measurement tools and report non-conformities.
• Follow EHS policies, wear PPE, and report incidents or hazards.
• Communicate status and issues to teammates and supervisors; participate in handoffs.
• Cross-train across zones to support production needs and continuous improvement.
