The Central Christian Church—Gilbert campus in Arizona is seeking a Weekend Co-Producer/Programming Coordinator for Gilbert. This part-time role leads production teams and coordinates weekend services, ensuring a polished experience.

You will train volunteers, collaborate with the Programming Pastor, schedule volunteers, and troubleshoot production in real time to uphold the church's weekend vision.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with technology in a worship/production setting.
• Formal training in technical production preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot during services.
• Ability to teach, coach, and lead volunteers and staff under pressure.
• Strong communication with multiple teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Produce Gilbert Sunday services 1–2x/month and occasional evenings/holidays.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support programming content.
• Schedule and train Gilbert production volunteers.
• Onboard volunteers for graphics, stage, camera, director, and more.
• Manage weekend production areas, startup/shutdown, and logistics.
• Support Programming Pastor with weekend plans and meetings.
