You will lead a dynamic team, coordinate resources, and collaborate across functions; familiarity with SAP ERP and Kronos timekeeping is a plus, supporting workforce development and process optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
• Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
• Oversee production scheduling to align with demand plans and inventory levels.
• Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
• Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery.

• Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
