Vermont Hard Cider Co., d.b.a. Green Mountain Beverage is seeking a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor in Middlebury, VT to lead our weekend packaging team.

This hands‑on role collaborates with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and Operations to deliver safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing or related regulated environments.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong floor presence and leadership by example.
• Confident decision-making in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, staffing, productivity, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees and temporary workers through coaching and clear communication.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Oversee canning, kegging, and variety pack production.
• Monitor production metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate staffing, priorities, shift handoffs, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in real time.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow.
• Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
