Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• PLC experience is desired, especially troubleshooting or programming.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and maintenance instructions.
• Reliable and safety-focused in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment, packaging equipment, conveyors, utility systems, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs to support uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor, drive, sensor, and control-system issues.
• Support PLC troubleshooting, automation equipment, installations, upgrades, and changeovers.
• Complete maintenance work orders, parts usage records, PM documentation, and repair notes.
• Follow GMP, food safety, lockout/tagout, OSHA in a food/beverage environment.
• Collaborate with production and operations to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
