Job summary

Haworth, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Coordinator for the weekend (Friday–Sunday) shift at the Holland, MI wood plant.

The role focuses on coordinating manufacturing planning across supervisors, planners, engineers, and departments to support production execution. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain PIT certification, and the legal right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (PIT) certification.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and potentially hazardous environment; ability to overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Military Equivalency per Mynextmove.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing planning activities to align with production schedules and customer demand.
• Identify material shortages, expedite orders, and adjust production schedules.
• Provide system/documentation support by tracking BOM usage and related transactions.
• Suggest process improvements to manufacturing planning activities.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Follow safety procedures and work with the team to meet objectives.
• Utilize Haworth office software and tools for daily tasks.
