Job summary

Marvin in the Kansas City area is hiring a Production Assembler to build premium windows and doors. You will use hand and power tools, follow visual and written instructions, and work with a safety‑minded training team in a clean, air‑conditioned facility.

This role involves physical work with lifting and moving materials, cross‑training across departments, and a schedule of Friday–Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness required: lift/carry 10–70 lbs, bend, twist, stoop, stand for long periods.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to gain broader skills.

Work Schedule

Friday - Sunday

Compensation

Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience + $3 shift differential
