Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Seasonal Production Associate to assemble products using hand and automated tools, follow written and visual instructions, and cross-train across departments. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a climate-controlled facility.

English communication is required, with a 3-month commitment and potential overtime. The position offers first and second shift options, with hourly pay and eligibility for two $750 bonuses after 2 and 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to lift 10–70 lbs, grip 65 lbs, and stand on concrete.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General experience with computers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and automated equipment (drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting, using a saw).
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to workdays.
• Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written, with the team.

Job Overview

As a Seasonal Production Associate, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Select the schedule that works best for you! (3 month committment required)

• Monday – Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
  • 1stShift:5:30AM – 3:30PMPay: $23 per hour
  • 2ndShift:3:30PM – 1:30AMPay: $25 per hour ($23 + $2 differential rate)

Compensation Package:

• $750 bonus after 2 months completed

• $750 bonus after 3 months completed
