Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Production Assembler to join our Kansas City facility. You will assemble products using hand and power tools, read instructions on a computer screen, and work with automated equipment.

This is a physical role with safety as a priority; you'll receive training and cross-training across departments. Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs and maintain posture including bending and twisting.
• Stand and walk on concrete surfaces throughout shifts.

Weekend Production Assembler

As a Production Assembler, you'll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. This is a physical role; you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Work Schedule

Friday – Sunday; Weekend: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
• Cross‑train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday.

Compensation

Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience + $3 shift differential.
