Job summary

Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend coverage. Base pay ranges from $40.25 to $50.50 per hour. Shifts are either PT - Every Weekend (7a-7p) or PRN weekends (days or nights 7a-7p or 7p-7a).

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of RN experience and leadership potential. The facility operates a 50-bed adult inpatient program and a 21-bed geriatric unit in Haverhill, MA.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in any setting required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day nursing operations and ensures adequate staffing.
• Maintains patient safety and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practice.
• Performs rounds, documents care, and coordinates physician orders.
• Mentors and trains staff; delegates tasks to maintain quality care.
• Leads admissions and discharges and communicates patient condition changes.
