We are looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our outstanding nursing team at Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital. We are a leading New England behavioral health facility that provides comprehensive mental health services for adults over the age of 19 in the Haverhill, MA, area. At Haverhill Pavilion, we provide patient-focused, interdisciplinary behavioral healthcare, including a specialized geriatric unit for adults over the age of 50.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for day to day oversite of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care. When scheduled, oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. As needed, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.
