Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Taylor is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN weekend shift. You will work with diverse patient populations across inpatient, outpatient, and SNF settings to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on exercises and wound care.

The ideal candidate holds a degree from an accredited PT program, Florida licensure, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in inpatient, outpatient, and SNF settings.
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, body mechanics, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
