Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on rehab needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve gait, strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Design, fit, and train residents on adaptive devices and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate nursing and medical staff on therapy-related techniques.
