Camino Healthcare in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Weekend availability preferred to support our geriatric post-acute and long-term care services.

You will screen and evaluate patients, deliver skilled rehabilitation interventions, and contribute to discharge planning in a compliant, patient-centered approach. A valid Physical Therapist license is required, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Weekend availability preferred for PRN role.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs.
• Deliver skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other care providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
