Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Northbrook, IL is seeking Weekend/PRN or Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) teammates to administer medications, monitor health, and support residents. The position requires working at least one weekend per month and one weekday per month, with 8-hour shifts and DailyPay option.

Responsibilities include admissions support, care-plan updates, emergency response, and coordination with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
• May assist with admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain nursing care/service plans; document changes and progress.
• Communicate with physicians and families about health changes; coordinate care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain patient confidentiality.
