Responsibilities

• Administer medications per Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle guidelines
• Assist with admissions assessments and documentation
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans or service plans
• Coordinate clinical tracking (wounds, infection control) under supervisor
• Communicate changes in resident health to physicians and families
• Attend trainings and maintain safe working environment
