Lakeshore Meadows, part of the National HealthCare Corporation, is seeking a PRN Weekend Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our on-site therapy team. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitative OT services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, with emphasis on restoring strength, balance, and confidence.

You will collaborate with licensed therapists, support scheduling, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or eligible for Tennessee COTA license.
• Weekend PRN availability required.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services to patients requiring rehab to restore strength and balance.
• Assist therapists and document patient progress.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety.
