Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner/Medication Assistant to assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, while promoting independence and dignity.

This weekend PRN role requires compassionate, reliable team players who can adapt to changing needs and follow care plans, with available benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Training will be provided, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
• Review shift reports and communicate resident needs to health staff.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and activities.
• Provide encouragement and support, maintaining confidentiality and respecting resident rights.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and maintain infection control practices.
