Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to join our dedicated team. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, and engagement in life enrichment programs; you will follow care plans and maintain safety and infection control.

This full-time position requires strong communication, empathy for seniors, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; training is provided and background screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities per care plan.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Support residents’ participation in life enrichment programs.
• Document and communicate changes in resident needs to supervisors.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and ensure resident comfort.
• Respect residents’ rights and confidentiality in all interactions.
