• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health agency protocols

Requirements:

• Current CNA, HHA, or home health aide certification preferred
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving setting
• Availability to work weekends on a PRN (as-needed) basis
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Nineveh, IN area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
