Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a dependable Weekend Private Duty Caregiver to support clients in the Dickson, TN area. This ongoing weekend role requires Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 12-hour days and reliable attendance.

Compensation is $18.00–$23.00 per hour, with a focus on compassionate, patient care and strict confidentiality. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, companionship, meal support, light housekeeping, and following the care plan to

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license.
Prior caregiving experience preferred.
Ability to work both weekend days.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to follow the care plan and document accurately.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care as directed by the care plan.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with daily routines.
Support client safety and supervision throughout the shift.
Prepare or assist with meals and snacks.
Encourage hydration as directed.
Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care area.
Assist with laundry, dishes, tidying, and keeping care areas safe.
Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
Provide medication reminders only as directed by the care plan and company policy.
Complete required documentation before the end of each shift.
Communicate concerns, changes, or incidents to the office immediately.
Follow all Helping Hearts policies and client care instructions.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times.
