Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC seeks an experienced private duty caregiver for a consistent one-on-one assignment in Brentwood, TN. The role requires empathy, reliability, and active engagement during a 12-hour shift on three fixed days each week.

The caregiver will provide personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and maintain safety, following the client’s care plan and agency policies. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with continuity and professionalism emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience providing one-on-one care to older adults is advantageous.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and active engagement throughout the shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and fall prevention as per care plan.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Monitor and report changes in condition and safety concerns to operations.
