Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities in Newburyport, MA. This part-time weekend role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Applicants must hold an active and unrestricted NP, PA, or MD license with MA licensure in good standing and have at least 6 months of long-term care experience. The job includes paid time off and malpractice insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or MD license.
• State MA license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
• Prolonged standing/walking; lifting up to 20 lbs; computer use.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
