Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care settings in Lowell, Massachusetts.

This is a part-time weekend role designed for providers who value meaningful patient relationships. The position requires an active and unrestricted NP/PA license and MA state license in good standing, with at least six months of experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license.
• State MA license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of LTC or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Passion for elder care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
