Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site primary care to residents in long-term care facilities in Quincy, MA.

This part-time weekend role focuses on building meaningful patient relationships within a collaborative care team and delivering proactive, elder-centered care. The successful candidate will hold an active and unrestricted NP/PA license (MA), have at least 6 months in long-term care, and demonstrate strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals
