Responsibilities include quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and assisting with press setup and changeovers. A GED and about one month of related experience are required, with strong emphasis on safety and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• About 1 month of related experience or training.
• Safety: prioritize safety and operate a manual pallet jack.
• Attendance: reliable, punctual attendance.
• Mathematical reasoning: basic algebra/geometry and whole numbers.
• Reading: read/write simple correspondence and follow instructions.
• Analysis: interpret written/instructional material.
• Communication: clear one-on-one or small group communication.
• Measurements: read tape measure to 1/32”, use micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Operate progressive stamping press to support department and company goals (80%).
• Perform quality inspections to drawings and specifications; count, package and palletize finished product; assist with press set-ups and changeovers; communicate issues to leadership (20%).
