Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of manufacturing‑related experience and/or training.
• Basic manufacturing knowledge including raw materials, processes and quality control.
• Strong safety commitment and ability to promote a safe work environment.
• Ability to read production drawings and interpret work orders.
• Time-management and self-management skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Forklift operation experience.
• ERP systems and basic applications (Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Operate the automatic stamping press and related equipment to meet production goals.
• Perform quality inspections to drawings and specifications per procedures.
• Nest parts, package, and palletize cartons.
• Monitor press operation; adjust as necessary to meet specs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety.
• Assist with press setups and changeovers.
• Move materials with a forklift as needed.
• Read work orders to determine specs, materials, and tolerances.
• Keep stamping area clean and organized.
