Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Premium HP PC Sales Representative to engage customers in a high-end retail setting. You will demonstrate premium HP PCs, train store staff, and drive revenue growth through effective selling and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled features and a strong customer experience. Weekends are required with a Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule (up to 14 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products with hands-on demos.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
