Job summary

Best Buy in Manchester, NH is seeking a part-time Premium PC Sales Specialist to showcase HP premium PCs and lead customers through hands-on demos. You will leverage AI training to highlight features and differentiate premium products for a superior shopping experience.

You will partner with store staff, maintain demo readiness, and drive sales while building rapport with customers. The role includes weekend shifts and a structured bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Demonstrate products and build relationships with customers
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness of workstation/kiosk
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations and report results
